Katie is great to work with! Very professional and great service. The new garage door open works great and was really affordable. I had them also install it for the same price as just buying the opener at Lowe's.

Our garage door was making a terrible noise when it was going up or down. It was always very quiet up until then. My wife called the office at 5:10 pm and the boss was still there. The next day he was here and at 2:00 that afternoon we had a very quiet door again! Thank you for the prompt and courteous service!

We're pleased with Billings Overhead Door. We called them early in the morning, and they came out within a short time to evaluate the problem with our garage door. I appreciate that they called me first to let me know they were on their way, so I wasn't stuck waiting at home. The service guy, Ben was professional and courteous, and he told me that Billings Overhead Door didn't carry our brand of garage door parts, but he gave me a referral to another local garage door company in Billings. He told me it would be less expensive for me to order from the other company, but he would still make some adjustments on my garage door, so it would close properly and be secure until the other company could get here later the same day. When I called the company Ben recommended, he spoke to them explaining exactly what needed to be done here, so they would have the parts they needed when they arrived. Thank you Billings Overhead Door for allowing me to get the best possible price for our garage door repair, and for helping me keep my home safe and secure.

I called them for emergency service on a Sunday and Dan came with in an hour. Fixed my opener then ordered a new door. It was installed perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs professional services and good doors. Every one I dealt with was a professional in the field. Dan, Brian, Ed, and Reese. Very impressed with the customer service at this company! The staff is great and well knowledgeable with their products they have for sale! You can call with any question concerning a garage door, parts or motors and they can help you no matter the problem! Open Monday through Friday 7:30 - 5 and if an emergency occurs they're super reasonable, understanding and easy to work with! Some may complain about Reece's attitude or personality but there is others to talk to if you can't handle his humor! (dont take it to heart) The installers and field technicians are all very friendly and work well together as well as solo. If you are having any troubles with your door/s, motor or equipment I would highly recommend calling Billings Overhead Doors! I give them 5 stars out of 5!

Amazing company!! We have worked with these guys on probably 50 garage door repelacemts for hail damaged claims! Great pricing and great work!

Garage door spring broke Friday evening called billings overhead door said he was closed saterday but said he would meet down there saterday morning for the parts I needed thumbs up
